Crisis Planning & Management

RMA Global Crisis Management offers comprehensive operational and communications solutions developed to address crisis scenarios for our clients. We develop a Crisis Management Plan to ensure timely operational and communications responses to manmade and natural disasters.

We are also available after the occurrence of an unforeseen event. RMA team members are on-call 24-hours a day to respond to the varying needs of our clients.

Our Crisis Management response can be determined in advance of a disaster through careful planning and training exercises. Alternatively, we can be called upon in the event of an emergency for assistance and crisis mitigation.

Each Crisis Management response has two basic components that we coordinate directly with our clients.

  • RMA Global Operational Security
    We work with each client to develop a plan for continued operational security in the event of a crisis. The objective will be to develop a secure Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) that can be activated in the event of a manmade or natural disaster to return essential operations to their normal level as quickly as possible.
  • RMA Global Communications Response
    Our Corporate Communications Team works with each client to develop an appropriate communications strategy to respond to disasters. In today’s 24-hour news environment it is essential that responses to disaster—both manmade and natural—coordinate communications and operational planning in order to maintain control of any situation.
