Workplace Violence Prevention

RMA Global's Workplace Violence Prevention program includes both a training and response component. These complementary services allow for continuing education and incident management.

RMA Corporate Training team members work with each client to develop an appropriate curriculum for their specific needs. Our team conducts training for clients from non-profits to Fortune 100 corporations.

Our program consists of teaching employees how to recognize potential problems and to employ non-confrontational techniques to minimize workplace violence that can take the form of a range of actions from verbal threats to assault and battery.

In addition to preventative training, RMA works with clients to develop appropriate contingencies for reduction in force events, problem separations and post incident response. Our highly trained guards can be present if necessary or we can provide strategic counsel in planning for the event.
